W2 Income Borrowers
• 2 most recent paystubs (covering a 30 day period)
• Last two years w2 forms
Self Employed Income
• 2 most recent years filed 1040 tax returns all pages
• 2 most recent year business tax returns all pages
• 2 most recent years w2 forms (when applies)
• 2 most recent years K1 forms
Schedule C self employed
• 2 most recent years filed 1040 tax returns all pages
Rental Income
• 2 most recent years filed 1040 tax returns all pages with schedule E outline rental property income
Assets:
• 2 most recent months bank statements all pages for all funds needed for closing
• A rate term refinance in most cases does not need asset statements
Identification:
• Copy of Drivers License
• Copy of Passport* (only for non us citizens)
• Copy of Permanent resident card both sides (when applies)
Mortgage statements:
• Copy of most recent mortgage statements for all mortgages
• Home Owners insurance declarations page
