Entering the mortgage business in 2005 as a Loan Officer George quickly excelled and was promoted in his first two years 3 times and in late 2007 was the director of sales with a larger lender in the southeastern United States. Managing over 200 files to closing per month. Although George achieved early success in the business, the business models for most large lenders was weighted drastically in favor of the Lender, not the borrower or the loan officer.
George Founded Grove Capital Finance with the vision to put the borrowers first and employees a close second. We made that vision our reality when we opened in 2011 and are committed to providing first class mortgage services to all our borrowers and providing our employees a working business model that looks out for their best interests.
George plays an active role in his industry as a member/supporter of Fair, NAHREP, UFFair, and AIME as well as spends time volunteering to help his local community with sound growth.
